Return policy

artLEDistic® offers returns and refunds only for products in the SHOP.

If the product ordered does not correspond to the presentation or has manufacturing defects, you can ask for a replacement or a refund within 14 days from the moment you received it.

Please note the following:

 - the product must be returned within 14 days of receipt of the parcel;

 - the product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered;

 - the product is not damaged;

 - the request must contain the information identifying the order. Read below how to obtain these details;

 - you agree to the terms and conditions below.

According to Art. 9 Par. 1 of Government Ordinance No. 34 / 12.06.2014 on consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals, you have the right to withdraw from contracts concluded at a distance, without stating reasons, within 14 days from the date you or a third party, other than the carrier, indicated by you, enter into physical possession of the products / the last product. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by using an unequivocal statement submitted on this return form.

artLEDistic will make every effort to resolve the problem and will repair, replace, refund or partially refund the product. The resolution of defective products, including reimbursement of the cost of the product and/or shipping, will be decided on a case-by-case basis, depending on the source of the defect, following technical evaluation by the artLEDistic team.

If a return has been agreed, the product can only be returned if it is in the same condition as received, undamaged and shows no signs of wear. The customer may request the return of the product without any explanation being necessary, under the terms of the law.

Ship the products to the address Str. Interioara 3 nr. 1, Constanta, together with the online order withdrawal form, without undue delay and, in any case, within a maximum of 14 days from the date on which you or a third party, other than the carrier, indicated by you, enter into physical possession of the products / the last product. The deadline is met if the products are returned before the 14-day period has expired. The direct cost of returning the products is your responsibility. You are only responsible for any diminished value of the products resulting from handling other than that necessary to determine the nature, quality and function of the products.

If a replacement has been agreed upon, artLEDistic will endeavor to produce and ship you the replacement product as soon as possible.

If a full or partial refund has been agreed, artLEDistic will make the refund within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

artLEDistic® Guarantee.

artLEDistic indoor and outdoor products include a 12-month warranty on custom illuminated signs, which covers electrical components when used properly. Please note that indoor illuminated signs are not suitable for outdoor use or any place where they might get wet. Improper use will void the warranty. Troubleshooting for defective illuminated signs will depend on the source of the defect and will be determined between artLEDistic and the purchaser.

Warranty coverage for installed illuminated signs

artLEDistic assumes no responsibility for costs incurred in the installation and/or removal of the illuminated sign. If, in the unlikely event that your sign experiences an alleged malfunction, we will request photographs and video footage for diagnostic purposes and may request that the sign be returned to us for replacement or repair. If your sign has been wired by an electrician, a technical inspection of the sign will be required to decide whether the fault is covered by our 12 month warranty.

Light sign damaged during transport ?

In the unlikely event that the light sign has been damaged during transport, we assure you that we will find a solution for these unlikely incidents. Damage must be reported within 14 days of delivery of the artLEDistic sign. Damage or defects reported after this time period will follow our general returns and refunds policy and will not be covered under warranty.

If you believe the product has been damaged in transit and you are within the 14-day claims period, please email contact@artLEDistic.com with all of the following information:

 - A photo/video of the damage to the sign,

 - a photo of the box and any damage to the outer box,

 - and a photo of the shipping label on the box.

Lost, missing and stolen luminous signs

artLEDistic takes all necessary steps to ensure that our signs are delivered safely to our customers. We use a premium express shipping service: Sameday for the territory of Romania and Fedex for the rest of Europe.
