In accordance with Art. 9 para. 1 of the Government Ordinance No. 34 / 12.06.2014 on consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals, you have the right to withdraw from contracts concluded at a distance, without stating reasons, within 14 days from the date on which you or a third party other than the carrier, as indicated by you, enter into physical possession of the products or the last product. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by making an unequivocal statement on this return form.
ArtLEDistic will make every effort to resolve the problem and will repair, replace, refund, or partially refund the product. The resolution of defective products, including reimbursement of the cost of the product and/or shipping, will be decided on a case-by-case basis, depending on the source of the defect, after technical evaluation by the artLEDistic team.
If a return has been agreed upon, the product may only be returned if it is in the same condition as received, undamaged, and shows no signs of wear. The customer may request the return of the product without any explanation, in accordance with the law.
Ship the products to the address Str. Interioara 3 nr. 1, Constanta, together with the online order pick-up form, without undue delay and in any case within a maximum of 14 days from the date on which you or a third party, other than the carrier, indicated by you, takes physical possession of the products or the last product. The deadline is met if the products are returned before the 14-day period has expired. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the products. You are solely responsible for any reduction in the value of the products resulting from handling other than that necessary to determine the nature, quality, and function of the products.
Where a replacement has been agreed upon, artLEDistic will endeavor to manufacture and dispatch the replacement product to you as soon as possible.
If a full or partial refund has been agreed upon, artLEDistic will make the refund within 14 days of receipt of the package.
artLEDistic® guarantee.
ArtLEDistic indoor and outdoor products include a 12-month warranty on custom light panels, which covers the electrical components when used properly. Please note that indoor light panels are not suitable for use outdoors or in places where they may get wet. Improper use will void the warranty. The resolution of issues related to defective light panels will depend on the source of the defect and will be determined by artLEDistic and the purchaser.
Warranty coverage for installed light panels
artLEDistic assumes no responsibility for any costs incurred for the installation and/or removal of the illuminated sign. In the unlikely event that your sign suffers an alleged malfunction, we will request photographs and video footage for diagnostic purposes and may request that the sign be returned to us for replacement or repair. If your sign has been wired by an electrician, a technical inspection of the sign will be required to determine if the fault is covered by our 12-month warranty.

LED sign damaged during transport?
In the unlikely event that the light sign has been damaged during transport, we assure you that we will find a solution for these unlikely incidents. Damage must be reported within 14 days of delivery of the artistic sign. Damage or defects reported after this period will follow our general returns and refunds policy and will not be covered under warranty.
If you believe the product has been damaged in transit and you are within the 14-day claims period, please email contact@artLEDistic.com with the following information:
A photo or video of the panel damage,
A photo of the box and any damage to the outer box,
and a photo of the shipping label on the box.
Lost, missing, and stolen illuminated panels
artLEDistic takes all necessary steps to ensure that our panels are delivered safely to our customers. We use a high-quality express shipping service: Sameday for the territory of Romania and Fedex for the rest of Europe.
