LED Neon Letters
LED neon letters are made from flexible silicone, LED chips. They mimic the look of classic neon but consume less and are safer to use.
Production Process
Design Preparation
Starting with text, logo, font, and dimensions. Line thickness, letter spacing, and LED neon strip path are checked.

Prepare the Support
Letters are mounted on transparent, black, white, silver, gold, pink, red, blue Plexiglas; white painted plywood; natural solid wood; white, red, orange, yellow, green, blue PVC. The support is cut to the desired shape, simple or contoured.
Trace the Letter Shapes
The path of each letter is marked on the support. This step helps in the correct positioning of the LED neon strip.
Cut the LED Neon Strip
The strip is cut to the appropriate size at the manufacturer's allowed points. Each segment is prepared for gluing and connecting.
Form the Letters
The LED neon strip is bent to the shape of the text or logo. For corners and tight curves, manual work is done, paying attention to the light direction.
Fix on the Support
Segments are glued or attached to the support according to the design. Alignment and line continuity are checked.
Make Electrical Connections
Wires are soldered, contacts are insulated, and everything is connected to the power source. If necessary, a dimmer, RGB controller, or remote control is added.
Test the Lighting
Light, color, intensity, and contact areas are checked. Any interruption or poorly lit area is corrected.
Prepare for Installation
Mounting holes, spacers, power cable, and hanging system are added. The product is tested again before delivery.
Pizza Workshop
For the Pizza Workshop, we created a luminous sign based on black plexiglass, with classic front lighting made with LED strip. The solution provides clear and even light, highlighting the logo and maintaining a clean and modern look.
