Letters on Printed Support
Letters on printed support are created by combining a graphic print with letters applied over it. The result is a visual panel with a logo, text, customized background, and possible LED lighting.
Production Process
Design Preparation
Starting with the logo, text, colors, and final size. Determine where the letters will be and what graphics appear on the support.
Support Creation
The support can be made of PVC, plexiglass, wood, or another rigid material. It is cut to the desired size.
Graphic Printing
The image is printed on foil or directly on the support, depending on the project. The print can include background, textures, logo, brand colors, or decorative elements.
Print Protection
Matte or glossy lamination can be applied over the print. This protects the graphics against scratches, dust, and fading.
Letter Production
Letters are cut separately from plexiglass, PVC, wood, or other materials. They can be plain, painted, printed, illuminated, or with a 3D effect.
Letter Application on Support
Letters are positioned over the print, following the mounting template. They are fixed with adhesive, professional double-sided tape, or spacers.
Lighting Addition, if Applicable
For the illuminated version, LED chips are installed behind the letters or in the support. The source, cables, and light intensity are checked.
Final Product Testing
The alignment of the letters, print quality, fastening, lighting, and overall appearance are checked.
LA HABIB
For LA HABIB, we created a luminous sign based on printed white plexiglass, over which we integrated front lighting with neon LED strip. The solution highlights the graphics and offers a clear, modern, and easily noticeable appearance.
