3D Letters
3D letters are made from rigid materials, cut to the shape of the logo or text. They can be plain, painted, printed, or illuminated.
Production Process
Design Preparation
Start with the logo, font, sizes, and colors. Check the thickness of the letters, spacing, and mounting method.
Material Selection
Letters can be made from: plexiglass, PVC, wood
Letter Cutting
The material is cut with CNC or laser, depending on thickness and finish. Each letter is cut separately, based on the graphic file.
Edge Finishing
After cutting, edges are cleaned, sanded, and prepared for painting or mounting. This step ensures a clean look.
Painting or Customization
Letters can be painted in the desired color, wrapped, printed, or combined with other materials. Matte, glossy, metallic, or textured colors can be achieved.
Add Lighting, if Applicable
For illuminated letters, LED chips are installed on the front or back. The light can be front-lit or backlit, with a halo effect on the wall.
Mounting System Preparation
Letters can be mounted directly on the wall, on spacers, or on a common support. A template is prepared for correct alignment.
Final Product Testing
Finish, mounting, alignment, and lighting are checked. For LED letters, the source, cables, and light intensity are tested.
SOLO
For SOLO, we created 3D letters mounted on a transparent plexiglass base. The edges of the letters were made from matte transparent plexiglass for uniform and clean light diffusion, while the white PVC faces complete the simple and modern design.
