Illuminated 3D Letters
Illuminated 3D letters are made from rigid materials, cut or printed according to the logo or text shape. LEDs are installed inside, and the light can shine through the front, back, or outline.
Production Process
Design Preparation
Starting from the logo, font, dimensions, and colors. The thickness of the letters, spacing, and desired lighting type are checked.
Material Selection
Depending on the size of the illuminated 3D letters, materials such as 3D printed sides and plexiglass fronts or entirely 3D printed can be used.
Letter Face Cutting
The face of each letter is cut with a laser or CNC or 3D printed.
Side Construction
The sides give volume to the letters. They are 3D printed. The thickness is chosen based on the sign's size and the desired effect.
LED Installation
LEDs are fixed inside the letters. They are arranged to ensure uniform light distribution without dark spots.
Electrical System Connection
LEDs are connected to cables, power source, and if necessary, a dimmer or controller. Polarity and total consumption are checked.
Letter Closure
The face, back, or access caps are mounted.
Lighting Testing
The intensity, uniformity, color of the light, and connections are checked. Any areas with weak light are corrected.
Installation Preparation
Positions for the letters are marked using a template. Letters can be mounted directly on the wall or on a plexiglass or PVC base.
CONSIM
For CONSIM, we created a 3D volumetric logo, designed for a clean and professional look. The letters are based on transparent plexiglass and white PVC, with 3D printed edges and translucent white plexiglass faces. The internal LED strip lighting completes the ensemble, providing good visibility and a uniform luminous effect.
