Light Boxes
Light boxes are produced as advertising panels with internal lighting. They can be mounted on facades, in receptions, showrooms, stores, or commercial spaces.
Production Process:
Design Preparation
Starting with the logo, text, colors, and final size. Proportions, visibility, and how the graphics will be illuminated are checked.
Choose the Box Shape
The box can be: rectangular, square, round, oval, or customized to the shape of the logo.
Structure Production
The frame is made of metal, PVC, plexiglass, or 3D filament. It provides rigidity and supports the box face.
Prepare the Lighted Face
The face will be made of opaque plexiglass. Print, paint, or colored plexiglass elements can be applied on top.
Install the LEDs
LED chips or LED modules are installed inside. They are positioned evenly to ensure the light is distributed correctly across the entire surface.
Connect the Electrical Part
LEDs are connected to cables and a power source. For outdoor use, they are treated with solutions suitable for weather exposure.
Close the Box
The lighted face is fixed onto the frame. Joints, fastenings, and access to components for service are checked.
Test the Light
The box is turned on and uniformity is checked. Darker areas, shadows, light intensity, and graphic clarity are observed.
Prepare for Installation
The mounting system is created, positions are marked, and electrical supply is prepared. The box can be mounted on a wall, facade, pole, or suspended.
ATMOS
For ATMOS, we created a round light box designed for good visibility from both directions of traffic. The circular structure, metallic finish, and illuminated graphics highlight the café's identity and provide clear signage both day and night.
