It is forbidden to use alcohol-based solutions, abrasive materials, or products containing ammonia, as they may damage the light sign. For cleaning, turn off the power, remove dust with a soft cloth, and if necessary, use a cloth dampened in a warm water solution, taking care to avoid water contact with electrical components. Finally, immediately wipe the surface with a dry, clean cloth.

Adapter included

The LED neon sign comes with a 4.7m cable (2m clear cable from plexiglass panel to transformer + 2.7m black cable from transformer to plug).
