How much does a sign of my logo cost?
The price depends on the size and on the length of LED strip in the design. Rather than guess a figure, we send you the exact offer for free, with a simulation of the sign, usually the same day.
How soon do I get it?
Production takes 3–7 working days from payment, depending on complexity. Delivery is by courier, in 1–2 working days. You pay by card or bank transfer.
What warranty does it have?
All light signs, indoor and outdoor, have a 24-month warranty. The LEDs last about 20,000 hours.
Can it go outdoors?
Yes. Choose “Outdoors” in step 2 and we make the outdoor, waterproof version.
What's in the package?
The sign, the dimmer remote, the controller, the screws and the metal standoffs for the wall. The hanging chain is optional.
How is it mounted?
On the wall, with the included metal standoffs, or hung like a picture, on a chain. You can also stand it on a shelf or a flat surface.
I only have an idea, not a logo. Is that possible?
